ASHBA Announces National Select Series National Championship and Other Changes for 2023

ASHBA is pleased to announce exciting new changes to the National Select Series, presented by State Line Tack, including the addition of a National Championship for 2023. The National Select Series National Championship will take place at the All American Horse Classic in Indianapolis, Sept. 12-16, 2023.

The 2023 ASHBA Annual Convention & Youth Conference is only a few days away. We are looking forward to seeing you and want to be sure that you are informed as much as possible about the upcoming conference. Please read through the information below to help you prepare for the best experience possible!

Located in the heart of beautiful downtown Lexington, Ky. The hotel is close to Rupp Arena, the University of Kentucky, Bluegrass Airport (LEX), and Keeneland Race Course. Soaring multi-stories, skylighted spaces with live greenery create an oasis in the heart of the city. The hotel includes an indoor pool and is conveniently located near Lexington's best shopping, dining, and attractions. Amenities: Airport Shuttle, Indoor Pool, Fitness Center, Room Service

Parking at the Hilton Hotel
Parking will be off Vine Street in the hotel parking deck. Valet parking is available.

Registration Check-in
All participants must wear their conference badge to all activities. Individual tickets will be issued for the Legends Reception, Legends Awards Gala, and Youth Awards Brunch. Pick up your badge and other check-in materials in the ASHBA Registration Office in the Hilton Lobby. Those requiring additional check-in assistance should speak with a registration assistant.

Saturday Saddlebred Trail – Casual attire; we suggest to dress in layers and wear comfortable shoes
Saturday Night Legends Gala – Semi-formal / Cocktail attire
Sunday Morning Youth Awards Gala – Semi-formal attire
Sunday Morning Ranch Riding Clinic – Casual attire; we suggest to dress in layers and wear comfortable shoes
All other events are business casual attire.
Youth events are casual attire.

Bring Your Dancing Shoes for Saturday Night!
Radiotronic will be ready to party on Saturday night, following the Legends Awards Gala! A local favorite, Radiotronic caters to the music lover playing only the best covers from the 70’s, 80’s and today.
Youth – be ready to dance the night away at your Saturday night Gala at the hotel, complete with DJ dance party!

Silent & Live Auction
There are many great auction items that will be available to bid online thru Clickbid – trips, experiences, services, items and more! The top items on Saturday will be presented in a live auction during Saturday night’s Legends Awards Gala.
